We are pleased to annouce our exclusive tools lists of Growers and Saws and Solar Wafer Processing Systems.

Fab Finder is the exclusive sales agent for Solar World’s 30MW cell and 125 mm wafering line in Camarillo CA and their silicon ingot and shaping line in Vancouver WA. 

Both lines are still installed and in place. The 125mm square cell and wafer making lines were producing up to 30MWs of solar cell per year.  More than 95% of that line is still in place. This line was shut down 2 years ago with the equipment in complete and operational condition.  The Vancouver site was shut down in late 2009 and comes with 63 crystal growers, 25 of which are capable of growing 200mm wide ingots.

Both plants are available for immediate sale and offer a great low cost means to start a solar line here in the US.  The Camarillo CA plant must be moved from its current location, but the Vancouver WA may be kept in place and restarted again. The Vancouver location is well known for low cost hydroelectric power and high skilled low cost labor force. 
 
Solar World is selling both plants due to it own consolidation and expansion in Oregon.

Because of Solar World desire to stay focused on their new operation the Camarillo and Vancouver plants will be sold at a fraction of their original cost. There is the additional advantage of having the crystal growing operation already installed, facilitated and ready to be restarted.  This will save both time and money for the new owner.
