Vaughn has held Sales and Management positions throughout his 26 years within the Semiconductor, Data Storage and Solar industries. Companies have included WJ, Novellus, Semitool, Veeco, and Hitachi High-Tech. During his 14 years with the Watkins-Johnson Semiconductor Equipment Group, sales growth increased from $2M to $400M annually. Vaughn has sold equipment and complete fab-lines throughout SE Asia, Europe and the US. As a consultant, he has helped with the success of several Silicon Valley Technology start-up firms. His industry career sales are approaching the $1B level.

Todd has 30 years of experience in CVD/ALD processing, films and device integration. He has worked for companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Fairchild, Avantek, Dexcel, Gould, Watkins-Johnson, and Genus-Aixtrom. His materials research and production experience includes III-V's for LED and MESFET's, and over 30 types of silicon related oxides, nitrides, and metals utilized in front-end and back-end applications. He has co-published with TSMC, Intel, Texas Instruments, STM, Motorola, Sematech and Atmel. He holds a patent for STI (Shallow Trench Isolation) selective deposition process. Todd is a recognized industry consultant to the 22nm technical node. Based and living in Taiwan since 2000 to 2008, Todd now devides his time between Asia and California and is focused on value added technology and Fab movement in SE Asia and Europe.

25 years of experience in Strategic Sales Development and Partnership with key EU companies. Michel was responsible for the introduction of several US companies into Europe including Western Digital (1984), Genus (1992), Mattson Technology (1996) and WaferMasters (2001). Michel has worked extensively with various EU organizations such as CE Standardization and the LETI&Franhofer Institute, and participation with the SEMI S23 Standard on Energy Conservation. Michael's experience includes 12 years as the Micro Process Apps Manager for Intel, Intersil and Zilog. He has authored 2 books on Micro Processors and over 40 technical and scientific papers.

Peter is the newest member to the Fab-Finder Global team joining in August 2009. Peter brings 15 years of experience in Customer Support Managerment. He has worked extensively with key Asian companies such as Inotera, Winbond, Win Semi, Chartered Semi, Renesas, Grace Semiconductor UMC, Nanya etc. Peter has a broad Fab and Equipment background including ASM, MRC, Novellus, Watkins-Johnson, SVG, ASML and Aviza tools. He is knowledgeable in various furnace products (CVD, ALD, PVD) and also Etch. Peter has the the experience, dedication, and posivite atttude to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction in our "Turn-Key" operations and daily activity. He is based and living in Taiwan since 2000.
